Patricia is our Senior Operations Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance of Healthcare Professionals. Her career started as a civilian government worker for several agencies. Patricia completed her Associates degree at Highland Park Community College and later earned her BS in Healthcare Administration and minor in business from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Her ambition is to continue developing relationships and to provide clients and families with the best Healthcare Professionals.

Karren has over 15 years of experience in Critical Care Units and over 10 years of experience as an assistant nurse manager/ supervisor/ charge nurse in which she supervised the work of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Nursing Assistants who provide care in both the ICU and routine care.
Karren prides herself on engaging with patients, their family, caregivers as well as other healthcare providers to assure that a well-coordinated treatment plan is established and executed for patients. She has experience in caring for conditions varying from heart conditions, cardiac surgery, respiratory illness to vent acquiring patients. She strongly believes in working as a team works well with physicians to develop treatment plans for patients in intensive care units.
As a nurse and staff supervisor, Karren has reviewed patient's charts to ensure care was implemented as the physicians' order. She provides education, information, direction, and support care-related goals of treating the patient. Not only does she lead by making sure the patients are receiving quality care while under her care, she also makes the necessary referrals to healthcare agencies, such as home health, as needed upon patients' discharge. She has in-depth knowledge of various software, advanced technology, and equipment with the perfect knowledge of medical terminology.
Through her experiences, Karren has demonstrated strong leadership qualities by getting superior on her yearly evaluations. She is very careful and responsible towards healthcare, energetic and has a positive attitude with profound communication skills both written and verbal. Karren also participates in various committees and activities related to quality improvement.

His innate ability to recognize new industry trends and bring on new business opportunities to create potential growth that leads to positive expansion has helped him continue successfully in this industry.
