Patricia is our Senior Operations Manager. She has over 20 years of experience in recruitment, onboarding, and compliance of Healthcare Professionals. Her career started as a civilian government worker for several agencies. Patricia completed her Associates degree at Highland Park Community College and later earned her BS in Healthcare Administration and minor in business from the University of Detroit Mercy.
Her ambition is to continue developing relationships and to provide clients and families with the best Healthcare Professionals.

Mr. James Kemp is an eleven-year veteran of the U.S. Navy who transitioned to State Law Enforcement
in 1995 where he spent 28 years as a leader in public service. He has over 20 years’ experience as a shift
commander who worked closely with local police agencies during daily supervision of the investigative
section within his department. Mr. Kemp duties included:

Mr. Kemp was educated in the Greater Detroit public school system and attended several colleges in his
quest for further education. Ultimately, he attended University of Phoenix where he obtained a
bachelor’s degree in criminal justice administration with a minor in education. Mr. Kemp uses his
positive attitude, work experience, and hard work ethic to complete his tasks.
